Many federal departments and agencies have limited cyber-supply chain risk management (C-SCRM) capabilities, resources, governance, guidance, and training - especially during the acquisition of information and communications technology (ICT). The C-SCRM Acquisition Community of Practice (ACoP) Interact site is a forum where members can share ideas, tools, guidance, and best practices on how to mitigate C-SCRM risk when acquiring ICT products and services.

The Commercial Platforms Program Interact group is designed to provide ongoing program information to industry. As GSA conducts market research, this group will be used to solicit feedback, share important milestones, and provide details on upcoming events. The Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) contract is the main component of the future telecommunications portfolio that GSA has established to replace the current Networx and regional and local service contracts for government telecommunications and infrastructure solutions. Additionally, Category Management enables us to eliminate redundancies, increase efficiency, and deliver more value and savings from the government�s acquisition programs.

The Federal Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Community of Practice (CoP) helps individual agencies overcome the technical, management, and operational challenges that arise in designing and deploying an effective RPA program. The CoP helps agencies convert RPA enthusiasm into action. Specifically, the CoP helps agencies develop programs that are cost-effective and auditable, avoid common pitfalls, and make a significant impact. The CoP hosts frequent knowledge-sharing events and publishes valuable guidance on best practices.

The Integrated Award Environment (IAE) is a government-wide initiative administered by GSA�s Federal Acquisition Service (FAS). We manage the suite of systems that are a part of the federal awards lifecycle. The IAE facilitates the awards processes in multiple online systems, including the System for Award Management (SAM), that each plays a role in the awards lifecycle. The Maintenance/Repair and Facility Supplies is the follow-on vehicle for the original Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) Federal Strategic Sourcing Initiative (FSSI) Best In Class (BIC) and Janitorial Sanitation (JanSan) FSSI BIC Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs). This Second Generation BPA will combine both commodity sets into one, streamlining the process for industry to receive awards and client agencies to purchase their supplies. Welcome to the Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) requisition channel (RC) community. A government-wide strategic sourcing effort launched in 2013, the Maintenance, Repair and Operations strategic sourcing solution includes supplies and equipment (excluding services) such as hardware, power tools, pipes, valves, electrical equipment, and lighting. MRO RC was awarded in May 2016 and is set to expire in May 2021. The acquisition team has begun work on MRO RC Generation Two - stay tuned for more news about this!
